3 DAY JUICE FAST
Upon rising 2antioxidant supplements + 8 oz. glass of water
Begin drinking juice 20 -30 minutes later
Consume at least 3 pts. and if you can, 4 pts. of juice daily + 4 pts. of water
Herbal tea is acceptable as water NON-CAFFEINATED if you can. Avoid black and green teas, or Maté.
If you need to eat, please do. Try to choose raw food options such as celery sticks, or a salad of spinach with raw apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as dressing.
Take the rest of the supplementals included in your juice fast. You can take them in shifts if needed.
Breaking the fast:
On the fourth morning, finish any remaining juice, and prepare for lunch, close to noontime.
Eat a melon of your choice, honeydew, cantaloupe, or watermelon. NOTHING ELSE for at least 20 minutes – 1 hour.
Begin eating raw vegetables, spinach salads, or chopped raw veggies and fruits slowly as you are hungry. Avoid nuts and/or seeds for the first day. Try to remain with simple raw fruits and vegetables of your choice.
Avoid cooked foods for at least 1 day. 2-3 is ideal.
On the second or third day you may introduce nuts and seeds , and cooked foods, but in small quantities, and only if you truly crave or desire them. Brown rice or quinoa are great foods to introduce first.
