All mini-workshops are included and are optional. Come to Palm Key to simply enjoy your weekend away from stress while practicing yoga and eating well, or take some time to enjoy creating the life you deserve.

We said there was MORE: and the more is an optional skydive at the end of the workshop. Really take your leap of faith right out of an airplane before landing back at home! (additional charges apply)
